Am I able to come through the Drive Thru to pick up my cake order?

For cake orders, we do advise that you park and come into the store rather than in the Drive Thru as it can take several minutes for our staff to retrieve your order and prepare it in a box for you. Also some cakes are too large to be handled through our Drive Thru window.

If you are running late, you can give us a call and we can have your cake ready for you when you get to the store.

How can I design my own cake?

How much notice do you need for a cake order?

This varies vastly as for some cakes we may need 7 days and others we can arrange on the spot. As a general rule of thumb, if your cake is required for a Saturday, it’s best to order by the Wednesday. If unsure, you can always give us a call and we can discuss options.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes we do take phone orders. You can call us on (02) 4647 2522.

Do I need to pay for my cake when I place my order?

Custom cakes, personalised cakes and online orders must be paid for at time of ordering. For our everyday range of cakes ordered over the phone or in-store, payment can be made upon pick up.

Are you open on public holidays?

We are only closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. All other public holidays we are open. A surcharge of 10% applies on public holidays. Check for our operating hours on these days through our Facebook and Google page.

Do all of your cakes contain nuts?

Some of our cakes do contain nuts or are decorated with nuts. For the products in which we don’t add nuts, our bakers and decorators take all care during production, but as we do work with nuts in our bake house, we cannot guarantee than there will be no traces of nuts.
